How do I know if I have an Active Account?
First, please reach out to your organization's administrator or librarian to see if they can provide you with your Active Account domain name that you can use for registration.
IF your organization cannot help you, then:

Please provide complete and accurate information for ALL fields – and specifically the "Please Contact Me Regarding" section. The more information you provide, the more likely we can match you. For instance: please specify parent, partner or related organization domain names, etc.
Without complete and correct information, we will not be able to research existing Active Accounts to match you to your organization.
Note: If the information provided is not legitimate, the request will fail.
My organization has an Active Account, but I don't know if my user registration is active – what do I do?
Please go ahead and complete the user registration process.
If your information matches a current registered user, you will be notified that you are already registered. No problem arises if you inadvertently try to register more than once.
If you were not already actively registered – now you are!
What happens if I have multiple emails formats within my organization(s) and I have an Active Account?
IF you have multiple email addresses (for instance, various forms of your name)
OR
IF you have multiple email addresses for one or more organizations under a single Active Account (this may occur due to mergers, acquisitions, etc.)
THEN
It's possible to register more than once, with variations of your email address.
HOWEVER, this means you might MAX OUT your organization's user limits!
Therefore, PLEASE do not register with various versions of your email address under your Active Accounts, unless absolutely necessary.
I know I have an Active Account, AND, I know I registered – why couldn't I login?
It's most likely your user access has been disabled due to inactivity or updates.
Please register again to access your Active Account.
