ACUTE EXPOSURE INFORMATION
- Very little is known about the clinical effects of trichloroacetyl chloride in humans. It causes strong irritation of the eyes, skin, and respiratory tract, and may be predicted to cause esophageal or gastrointestinal tract irritation or burns if ingested. Direct contact may cause dermal or corneal burns.
