ACUTE EXPOSURE INFORMATION

  1. Hydroxylamine may be irritating to the eyes, skin, and mucous membranes. The solution can be corrosive when in contact with the skin. Signs and symptoms of exposure may include headache, vertigo, restlessness, tinnitus, dyspnea, nausea, vomiting, proteinuria, hematuria, methemoglobinemia, anemia, leucocytosis, platelet aggregation, jaundice, and splenomegaly. Large doses may result in seizures, hypotension, or respiratory arrest.
