ACUTE EXPOSURE INFORMATION

  1. WITH THERAPEUTIC USE
    1. Anorexia, nausea, and vomiting commonly occur. Severe leukopenia and thrombocytopenia may occur. Anemia occurs less frequently. Hepatotoxicity (hepatic vein thrombosis, necrosis, and veno-occlusive disease) resulting in death has been reported. Anaphylaxis has been reported.
  1. WITH POISONING/EXPOSURE
    1. Limited overdose data are available. Overdose effects are likely to be an extension of the adverse effects reported with therapeutic use.
